Responsible Gaming
Responsible gaming is a principle that promotes a conscious and informed approach to gambling as a form of entertainment. At casinodays, we are committed to supporting our players in maintaining control over their gaming activities to ensure that playing remains safe, fun, and within personal limits. Our platform provides a range of tools and resources to help players make aware choices and access assistance if needed.
Risk Awareness
Gambling can be an enjoyable pastime; however, it is important to recognize signs that may indicate the development of problematic behavior or gambling addiction. Common indicators include:
- Frequently placing bets beyond originally intended limits;
- Spending increasing amounts of money or time gambling;
- Thinking about gambling or planning bets outside of play sessions;
- Borrowing money or neglecting responsibilities to gamble;
- Feeling restless or irritable when trying to stop or reduce gambling;
- Chasing losses by increasing bets in an effort to recover lost money.
To assist you in assessing your behavior, consider the following self-evaluation statements. Answer "Yes" or "No" to each:
- Do you often gamble longer than you had intended?
- Have you ever felt the need to gamble with larger amounts to achieve the same excitement?
- Do you find yourself thinking about gambling when you are not playing?
- Have others expressed concern about your gambling habits?
- Have you tried and failed to cut down or stop gambling?
- Do you use gambling as a way to escape problems or relieve feelings of helplessness?
If you answered "Yes" to one or more of these questions, we encourage you to consider utilizing the responsible gaming tools available at casinodays or seeking professional support.
Limits & Tools
casinodays provides a variety of tools to help you control your gambling activity and stay within your personal limits.
Deposit Limits
You can set limits on the amount of money deposited into your account on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. To do this:
- Log into your casinodays personal account at casino-days.ca.
- Navigate to the Responsible Gaming or Account Settings section.
- Select Deposit Limits.
- Choose the limit type (daily, weekly, monthly) and enter the maximum amount you want to deposit.

Time Spent Limits and Session Timers
You may also set limits on the amount of time spent gambling per session or per day, helping you to take regular breaks. Use the session timer feature to receive notifications when approaching your predefined time limit.
Breaks and Time-Outs
To take a short pause from gambling, enable the Time-Out feature, which temporarily suspends your account access. Time-Out periods can be set for:
- 24 hours

- 72 hours
During this time, you will not be able to log in or make wagers. To activate, go to the Responsible Gaming section within your account and select Time-Out, then choose your desired break duration and confirm your choice.

If you believe a longer or permanent break is necessary, casinodays offers a Self-Exclusion option that allows you to block access to your account temporarily or permanently.
